FAQ - Shipping & Delivery


Q.1) Where do you deliver to?

Technotronics Business Systems Pty Ltd delivers Australia wide. We do not currently ship Internationally.

Q.2) When will my order arrive?

Technotronics Business Systems Pty Ltd ships all orders upon receipt of payment only. Cheques require a clearance period of 5 days. If you are able to supply a photocopy of both sides of your driver's license, then your order will be processed immediately.

Orders received and paid for before 12pm on any weekday will be shipped that same day, subject to the availability of goods. Most orders are delivered by Courier and should arrive within 24 hours. Risk in the goods passes to you, when the goods leave our warehouse.

Q.3) Can I request a delivery date?

You may request a delivery date in the comment box provided on the contact form. Please include your order number along with your message so that we may more quickly access your information. You are best to phone the Head Office in relation to delivery dates - speak to one of our Sales Representatives.

Q.4) Can I change my delivery address?

We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered. To request a change to your order's delivery address, please send us the new address information via email to sales@technotronics.com.au. Please include your order number along with your request.

Q.5) How are delivery charges calculated?

Delivery Charges are calculated per delivery, not per item. Shipping rates vary depending on the "shipping zone" you are in. Please see this map for a guide.

Q.6) What happens to items on backorder?

We will inform you if any of your order items are currently unavailable. Items on backorder will not incur additional delivery charges.
