Q.1) How can I order your products?
There are several ways you can order our products:
Online: The easiest way to place an order is via our website's shopping application. You are literally now only one click away from being able to browse, select, order and pay for your goods over the Internet! Our online shopping application has been designed with the customer in mind, allowing ease of use with an intuitive visual interface for even the most inexperienced computer users. At the same time, we have incorporated the most effective and reliable technologies to ensure that our online shopping application is reliable, safe and secure.
Phone/Fax: We can accept orders over the phone. You may fax orders to our office, however a Technotronics Sales Representative will be in contact to confirm any details. Please see our Contact Locations page for store phone/fax numbers.
In Person: Just visit one of our stores to browse our product range and discuss your technology requirements with our friendly Sales Staff.
Q.2) How do I place an online order?
Ordering Online via our shopping application is a breeze! As you browse our product pages, you will notice a button that reads "Add to Trolley". The button looks like this:
 This button link will add your currently selected product to the shopping application. When you are done shopping, review the items in your "virtual trolley" by clicking on the link at the lower left-hand side of the page titled "Shopping Cart". Here, make any necessary changes, and complete the ordering process - "Proceed to Checkout". You may checkout at any time as long as you have at least one (1) product in your trolley.
Q.3) What can I do with my shopping trolley?
When you are viewing your shopping trolley contents, you are viewing all items currently being held as an order against your user account name (your email address). The shopping application will hold items in your trolley indefinitely, even if you leave the site and return at a later date. Upon processing your order, the contents of your trolley will be shipped to you and your trolley reset to zero items.
You may manually remove items using the "remove" button located next to each distinct item. The quantity of each product can also be adjusted - simply type in the required unit number for each item and update (only one item will be updated at a time). Alternatively, you may wish to set a particular item quantity to "zero" (0). This will effectively remove the item from your order, however the item will be retained in the shopping trolley for your reference in a "wishlist" fashion, until your order is processed and the trolley contents is reset. Items kept at a zero quantity level will not affect the total order cost displayed.
Q.4) What happens after I place an order?
When your order is processed via the web site, you will see an "Order Success" page. This page will contain the details of your order as received and will display your Customer ID and an Order Number. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. Once your order has been received by Technotronics Business Systems Pty Ltd, you will also be sent a similar order confirmation via email (the same email used to log into your account). If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you by phone or email.
Q.5) What if I do not receive an order confirmation via e-mail?
You should receive an order confirmation message via e-mail shortly after Technotronics Business Systems Pty Ltd receives your order. It is possible that you do not recieve this email immediately, as there might be a delay on the Internet due to heavy usage (traffic). In extremely rare circumstances, mail may be lost due to a network or mail server malfunction. Additionally, the email address specified in your account may not be your current email address, in which case you will need to update your account details - click here
If you do not receive an order confirmation, please feel free to email us at sales@technotronics.com.au to ensure that your order is being processed. Failure to complete the ordering process to the final page may result in your order not actually being submitted.
Q.6) Is my email confirmation also my tax invoice?
While this email may look like a tax invoice, it is not. A tax invoice will be sent to the billing address specified during the ordering process.
Q.7) Can I cancel an order?
Orders or part thereof cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. To cancel an order, please submit a cancellation request via the contact form or phone our Head Office. Please see our Contact Locations page for store phone/fax numbers.
Q.8) Can I return goods?
All software, computer systems, computer components, and special orders are sold on a "no returns basis". In the case, of product faults, a Return Authorisation number will be issued. Please contact us to request an authorisation number. The return authorisation number will be valid for up to 7 days. Some manufacturers charge a 'no fault found' fee, if no fault is found with a product.
All software products are covered by a 90 day warranty from the date of purchase. Any failure of software products due to misuse of the product or hard disk failure is not covered by warranty.
